Q: Who do we use?
We use Royal Mail, and BusinessPost to deliver your order depending on the size and weight of products you have ordered aiming to minimise unnecessary costs.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or AirSure service.

If a courier is used (for most trade orders) the delivery services are a "signed for" service. This means that the carrier will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for and accept the delivery.

If there isn't anyone available when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with details of when they attempted to deliver and their contact information so you can arrange to collect the goods, or re-arrange delivery.

Q: How much will Delivery Cost?
The majority of UK orders for single items will cost approximately £2.50. Postage costs are calculated against the total order weight and reflect the costs of the courier companies we use.

Q: How long to deliver my items?

UK Delivery:
  • Couriers will deliver between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday to an address of your choice (couriers do not deliver at the weekend or on public holidays)
  • Royal Mail deliver between Monday to Saturday inclusive.

All retail items are normally dispatched for next day delivery, however please allow at least 3 days before contacting us to enquire about your items.

EU Delivery:
All purchases delivered to the EU will go by AirSure service and will require at least 3- 4 working days to be delivered. Please allow between 3 to 6 working days before getting in touch.

Where applicable, when an order is dispatched you will receive email notification of your order tracking details so that you can track it through the courier's web site tracking facility.

We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day. If you have any problems, please contact the couriers directly to arrange alternative delivery. Delivery times are dated from dispatch of your purchase not from the time the order was placed.

We always aim to send goods the same working day that we receive the order (assuming that the order is received prior to 2pm) but please allow between 3 working days from the date of your order before contacting us.

Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock or your order exceeds our stock held, you will be contacted to let you know with an estimated delivery date. At this point you may choose to wait, have a replacement product or a full refund.
